reportedly grossed over Rs 80 crore on the day of WWI, and it didn’t take much longer for the film to cross the 100 crore mark. Vijay’s action avatar reportedly grossed over Rs 130 crore by the end of day two to become the second fastest Tamil film to achieve the big feat after Rajinikanth’s ‘2.O’.

‘Beast’, which is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, has Vijay trying out the role of a RAW agent, and the film has Pooja Hegde, Selvaraghavan, VTV Ganesh, Yogi Babu, Aparna Das and Shine Tom Chacko among others. Anirudh Ravichander scored the music, and his music is the best in the movie.
