Doctor Strange 2 Box Office Collection Day 5: Benedict Cumberbatch’s superhero film Dr Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness was victorious at the Indian box office as it successfully entered the Rs 100 crore club. The film earned nearly Rs 80 crore in its first weekend. It got the biggest opening weekend of a Hollywood film in India. The latest MCU movie saw a slight drop in its collection on Day 5, but due to the strong opening weekend, the movie should still hold its own. Despite a tough fight from Yash’s “KGF Chapter 2” star, Sam Raimi’s director has managed to earn Rs 6.50 to Rs 7.50 crore at the domestic box office so far.

According to the Indian box office report, “The film collected 7.50 crore nett on Monday, bringing its total to 86.50 crore nett. well be drops, but he should still be able to do decent business in the second weekend.”

According to business analyst Ramesh Bala, the film broke the Rs 100 crore mark in India.

The Marvel movie became the biggest movie this year worldwide, grossing an incredible $450 million worldwide. It’s already broken DC’s The Batman records and put up a tough fight at Spider-Man: No Way Home at the box office. It is undoubtedly the second best opening of the pandemic era and has become the fourth biggest opening in India for a Hollywood film.
